Kevin O’Connell

President, Certified Pesticide Applicator

Kevin is the owner and operator of Hampton Pest Management, Inc. Kevin is passionate about delivering a best-in-class customer service experience to Hampton Pest Management’s customers. Prior to his work in the pest management industry, Kevin worked in high-impact, customer-focused roles in finance and management consulting. Kevin is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford and the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Kevin resides in Sag Harbor with his wife and two sons. He is an active member of the community including serving as the President of the Board of Southampton Youth Services, Inc. and as a Board Member for Sag Harbor Youth Hoops. When Kevin isn’t working, you are most likely to find him coaching a youth sports team or at the beach.

Jennifer Jones

Office Manager

Jennifer has over 15 years of office management experience, and is ready to help you get Hampton Pest Management busy solving your pest problems and keeping them from returning.

Timothy Shea

Equipment & Fleet Manager, Certified Pesticide Applicator

Tim is a certified applicator who oversees the readiness of company vehicles and equipment. An East Quogue local and an Army Veteran, Tim provides mechanical knowledge and team management to Hampton Pest Management

Ted Worthington

Service Manager, Certified Pesticide Applicator

Ted brings over ten years of pest management experience to the Hampton Pest Management team.

As service manager, Ted oversees all structural pest management issues including ants, spiders, crickets, termites, rodents, and more. He is a hands-on manager and brings a customer-centric approach to pest management.

Scott Johnson

Plant Healthcare Manager, ISA Certified Arborist,

Certified Pesticide Applicator

Scott is an ISA certified arborist and has been working in the pest management industry since 2012.  Scott implements an Integrated Pest Management program on each of the properties he services, focusing on maintaining exceptional ornamental landscapes.  As a manager, Scott takes a “people-first” approach to both our employees and our customers.

Scott is a native of the East End of Long Island and you’ll often find him fishing our local (and off-shore) waterways.  Scott is a Lieutenant in the East Moriches Fire Department.  Scott completed both his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree at Springfield College.
